Kent Island Marine offers Injector Service and has parts in stock for most Yamaha, Mercury, Honda, Suzuki, Optimax air and fuel, HPDI, Mercruiser, Crusader, Volvo and most all top feed injectors.

Kent Island Marine has the latest in fuel injector cleaning technology, chemicals and quality parts to provide you with a top quality product that is ready to install on receipt. Injectors are pre cleaned in a scientific grade ultrasonic cleaner and thoroughly examined for any cracks or defects. All are resistance tested for spec then moved to my service bench for a chemical and ultrasonic cleaning while powered up and pulsing. All injectors go through a battery of tests including leak down, acceleration and total flow to assure uniform performance. All injectors are flow tested before and after service to assure all injectors are within 3%. All injectors are returned as a flow tested matched set. Any that are out of spec may be cleaned a second time or rejected as required. Finally all injectors are fitted with new filter baskets, o-rings and any other required parts. All injectors are carefully packaged individually in bubble wrap sleeves. bagged and boxed for return shipping.

All marine gasoline injectors are $35.00, HPDI and Optimax injectors are $40.00 each including high quality service parts. Return shipping is INCLUDED in the continental US by USPS Priority Shipping. Payment methods accepted are Cash, Check or Credit Card. Visa and Mastercard gladly accepted.

The best way to send me your injectors is to send them USPS priority, about $9. Insure them as needed and and I will do the same on return at current USPS insurance rates. My turnaround time is typically 48 hours but if you need them faster I may be able to help. Please send to:
